This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Playa del Carmen, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We spent an incredible 10 days here that's ideally located right on the beach and just a short stroll from 5th Avenue. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful terrace where we enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, making our stay even more memorable. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi could be spotty, and we did experience a minor issue with the toilets. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and a peaceful getaway.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the beach access was limited and accompanied by an unpleasant odor due to sargassum, I found the accommodations comfortable and enjoyed my room's amenities. The dining options were decent, but the location offered a nice ambiance. It's a shame about the beach situation because otherwise, I think it could have been a great experience.
